Head of Process Simplification & Efficiency

The European Investment Bank (EIB) is seeking a Head of Simplification Division to guide efforts in improving internal processes. This full-time, permanent position requires a strong background in strategy and organisational development, as well as at least 10 years of relevant experience.

The successful candidate will lead simplification initiatives and work closely with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and staff engagement within the EIB Group. A relocation support is available for candidates willing to move to Luxembourg.
