The ideal candidate is passionate, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing Retail clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between Clients and Foundever
  • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners
  • Driving proposal management with clear WIN strategy processes.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Managing communications between clients and internal teams and resolving key client issues and escalations.
  • Collaborating on negotiations and contracts management with the client (MSA, SOW, renewals, amendments)

Qualifications and experience required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years' of relevant work experience (Retail vertical)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French and English)

Other requirement

  • Successful candidate must be based in Paris to attend meetings with clients in person
