Summary
KAYAI is looking for a Sales and Education Exec who will be responsible for driving the commercial performance of the Kayali within the French market through best-in-class in-store sales execution, education, and event support. Acting as the brand ambassador in market, this role will deliver impactful education to Beauty Advisors, elevate brand storytelling, and directly influence sell-out performance across key retail partners.
This is a field-based role , requiring extensive travel across France and close collaboration with regional, EU, and global teams.
Education & Training
- Deliver high-impact education across:
- In-store one-to-one and group trainings
- Classroom-style sessions
- Large-scale conventions, conferences, and events
- Onboard and upskill Beauty Advisors on:
- Product knowledge
- Kayali Brand and story Heritage
- Fragrance storytelling and Layering education
- Selling techniques and conversion strategies
- Ensure all education is aligned with global brand guidelines and adapted to the French market
Sales
- Deliver high-impact education across
- In-store one-to-one and group trainings
- Classroom-style sessions
Brand & Event Support
- Represent the brand at:
- Retailer events
- Press and PR moments
- Launch activations and VIP experiences
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 5 years\' experience in beauty and retail sales, with a strong focus on fragrance
- Proven background in training and education, including:
- In-store education
- Classroom training
- Large-scale conventions or conferences
Skills & Competencies
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate education into sales results
- Confident presenter with excellent facilitation skills
- Strong storytelling and brand communication abilities
- Highly organised and self-motivated
- Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role
Languages
- Bilingual in French and English is a must
- Additional European languages are a strong advantage
Travel
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80% ) across France
