Key Responsibilities

  • Support Users & System Evolution:
    • Provide Expert Support: Offer second-level support for G&A application use across the G&A teams.
    • Coordinate with Integrators: Manage and coordinate with our integrators and G&A systems providers, addressing bugs and driving system enhancements.
  • Ensure consistency & data integrity between all G&A systems:
    • Ensure that masterdata are shared between all G&A systems, and that data flows between smoothly without alteration.
    • Analyze all evolution requests with a holistic view on all potential impact on our G&A tech stack.
  • Improve our systems & participate in strategic initiatives:
    • Shape the Future: Collect, analyze, challenge, and prioritize requests for finance system, process, and master data evolutions to maintain and continually refine our G&A systems roadmap.
    • Participate in evolution projects: Participate in evolution implementation, in coordination with Key Users and systems integrators providers. The objective is to lead small evolution projects after a few months.
    • Participate in Strategic Initiatives: Play a key role in high-impact projects, including:
      • Integration of newly acquired companies into our systems, with technical projects and onboarding of new users.
      • Implementation of new tools (for diverse topics such as P2P, Travel & Expenses, CSR KPI management).

IT G&A is an evolving team organized in a 3‑level structure: Level 1 (Key Users) manage demand, first‑level support, quality control, and change management; Level 2 (G&A) provides preventive maintenance, user training, and escalates complex issues to Level 3 (systems integrators and software providers). The G&A team supports a tech stack that includes ERPs (NetSuite, SAP ByD), add‑ons (ZoneCapture, ZoneReconcile, ZoneSFTP, Celigo, ChargeBee, Lucanet), HRIS/ATS (Lucca, Teamtailor), P2P & Travel (Spendesk, Egencia, Pivot), Cash Management (Cobase), Excel/Sheets, Legal (ContractWorks, DocuSign), Jira Service Management, and more.

Required Skills

  • Must-Haves
    • At least 3 years of experience administering G&A systems, ERP & Financial Systems.
    • At least 2 years in administering ERP systems.
    • Business acumen: Good understanding of business processes, especially Accounting and Controlling principles.
    • Data proficiency: Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis.
    • Language skills: Fluent in French & English.
  • Nice-to-Haves
    • SaaS Experience: Ideally working in a fast‑growing SaaS company.
    • HRIS management: Experience administering HR systems (ideally Lucca).
    • Project manager experience: Participation in G&A projects in an international & cross‑functional environment.

  • Proactive & Adaptable: Identifies and proposes solutions to problems before they are explicitly raised, navigating multiple priorities while keeping the company’s strategy in mind.
  • Tech‑Fluent: Comfortable with multiple software interfaces, patient and empathetic when communicating with non‑technical users.
