Job Description: Junior DevOps Engineer Airbus Defence and Space is one of the three Divisions of the Airbus Group and Europeâs Number 1 defence and space company. Interest group: DevOps and Cloud Contract type/working time: Unlimited Work experience: m in 1 year, max 3 years We are looking for Junior DevOps Engineer to become part of the Airbus Defence and Space Romania team. Responsibilities: Assist in building, maintaining, and improving CI/CD pipelines.
Automate infrastructure deployment and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, availability, and security.
Support cloud-based and on-premise environments.
Based on business needs, travel within and outside the country may be required
Requirements: Basic Knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins).
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible).
Basic Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms.
Nice to have: Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go, or similar).
Basic understanding of networking and security principles.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
Competencies: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ownership and accountability for assigned tasks.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Eagerness to learn and improve DevOps best practices.
