Purpose
Junior sales/business professional trained in assigned account management scope and key skill sets, with contributing and supporting responsibilities.
Core Responsibilities
- Under supervision, grow Givaudan Fragrance Ingredients Business with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines
- Cultivate and manage customer relationships within portfolio of accounts
- Monitor customer and competitor activity and maintain customer information
- Track Account Plans for key accounts
- Identify/create opportunities for Givaudan to capture market share
- Identify customer requirements, leverage internal resources and coordinate cross-functional cooperation(e.g. Operation, Planning, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Customer Care etc)
- Follow KPIs versus targets (Sales, Gross Profit ) and take corrective actions if necessary
- Negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution
Academic Background
- University degree (or equivalent)
Professional Experience
- 5 years of overall experience
Technical Skills
- Verbal and written command of English
- Excellent Excel skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers

- Basic negotiation skills
- Passion for the Fragrance Industry
