We are looking for a software developer based in Europe to join our growing engineering team.

Your role :

• Design and develop new features for the Novade Enterprise application using our JavaScript framework
• Improve and refactor existing code to enhance scalability, performance and maintainability
• Collaborate with product, QA and services teams to design reliable solutions for real-world construction and industrial use cases
• Debug and resolve production issues to ensure a stable and high-quality platform
• Leverage modern development tools, including AI-assisted coding tools, to improve development efficiency and code quality
• Participate in code reviews and engineering discussions to maintain high coding standards and continuously improve the platform
• Continuously explore new tools and technologies (including AI-assisted development) to improve the development workflow.

Your future team :

At Novade, you will join a friendly team across EMEA and APAC. The tech team works from various locations in Europe and Asia. The european members are coming together in Paris twice a month and meeting regularly for company events.

Your profile :

Your strongest attributes

• Ability to write clean, structured and maintainable code
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed team
• Advanced written and verbal communications skills in English
• Independent, strong debugging & troubleshooting skills
• Curiosity and eagerness to continuously improve coding practices, including using AI tools to enhance productivity

What you need for this role

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 1–3 years’ experience as a developer
• Experience with JavaScript
• Understanding of web application development patterns

Nice-to-have skills

• Interest in leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality and efficiency
