Roles & Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, peripheral devices, and software/applications as per company standards
- Work with OEM vendors for spare replacements, hardware repairs, and troubleshooting
- Manage IT inventory and assets
- Perform imaging of laptops and desktops
- Handle printer installation and management
- Assist in conference room issue resolution and coordinate with vendors for setup
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues
- Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services for IT assets
- Support mobile devices and non-PC equipment such as scanners and printers
- Provide VIP support with high-touch service and manage AV / conferencing technologies
- Install and manage network/shared printers
- Provide Office 365 support
- Handle compliance software installation and troubleshooting
- Maintain strong communication with users and stakeholders
- Good knowledge of DHCP and DNS
- Maintain IT inventory, coordinate vendor support, and assist with procurement
- Strictly adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Support recurring meetings, events, and after-hours activities when required
- Document incidents, problems, and resolutions for future reference and knowledge base updates
Good to Have Skills
- L1 level network troubleshooting and LAN connectivity resolution
- Hands & Feet support to backend teams for Network / Server / Application issues
- Coordinate with vendor support teams to resolve technical issues
- Labelling racks and devices
- Server mounting / movement
- Physical server / network device support
