IT Support Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, peripheral devices, and software/applications as per company standards
• Work with OEM vendors for spare replacements, hardware repairs, and troubleshooting
• Manage IT inventory and assets
• Perform imaging of laptops and desktops
• Handle printer installation and management
• Assist in conference room issue resolution and coordinate with vendors for setup
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues
• Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services for IT assets
• Support mobile devices and non-PC equipment such as scanners and printers
• Provide VIP support with high-touch service and manage AV / conferencing technologies
• Install and manage network/shared printers
• Provide Office 365 support
• Handle compliance software installation and troubleshooting
• Maintain strong communication with users and stakeholders
• Good knowledge of DHCP and DNS
• Maintain IT inventory, coordinate vendor support, and assist with procurement
• Strictly adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Support recurring meetings, events, and after-hours activities when required
• Document incidents, problems, and resolutions for future reference and knowledge base updates

Good to Have Skills

• L1 level network troubleshooting and LAN connectivity resolution
• Hands & Feet support to backend teams for Network / Server / Application issues
• Coordinate with vendor support teams to resolve technical issues
• Labelling racks and devices
• Server mounting / movement
• Physical server / network device support
