- Install, configure & maintain desktop computers, laptops, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN & wireless network stations.
- Diagnose & resolve hardware failures, operating system issues.
- Monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization and internet connectivity.
Required Candidate Profile
- Create & manage firewall rules.
- Monitor firewall logs, network & suspicious activities.
- Experience with CCTV & Surveillance System.
- Manage printers, scanners & peripheral devices, intercom, EPABX & IP Telephony Systems.
