France Travail recherche pour un Groupe industriel international un IT Service Manager (F/H) pour prendre en charge le service support IT du Groupe à Grand-Couronne (76). Mission dès janvier: structurer le service, définir les processus ITIL et piloter l’outil ITSM.
Vous dirigerez une équipe de 5 techniciens, définirez SLA et KPI, assurerez le reporting à la DSIR et piloterez les prestataires. Rémunération 55K-65K€ sur 12 mois selon profil, mutuelle et prévoyance.
