IT Recruiter

• Join a team of six recruiters supporting the recruitment of QA professionals, Product Owners, and Software Engineers for the Nantes office
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Ensure a seamless experience for candidates and internal teams
• Understand hiring managers’ needs and challenge the requirements where appropriate
• Develop a tailored sourcing strategy for each recruitment process, including sourcing, direct outreach, job postings, and talent pools
• Conduct HR interviews to assess skills, motivation, and suitability for the role
• Increase Sogeti’s visibility among candidates through talent attraction and employer branding initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with initial experience in recruitment
• Professional proficiency in English
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders and build trusted relationships
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and autonomy when managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Collaborative mindset, strong service orientation, and an interest in identifying and supporting talent
