Experienced Recruitment Specialist

• Partner with managers to define their recruitment needs and advise them throughout the hiring process
• Develop recruitment strategies based on the context and challenges of each role
• Write and publish job postings across various recruitment channels
• Actively source talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, CV databases, and specialist networks
• Conduct interviews independently or jointly with managers
• Ensure a high-quality, smooth, and personalized candidate experience through onboarding
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize practices
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and methods
• Propose sourcing strategies, employer branding initiatives, and HR innovation projects
• Contribute to key Recruitment team projects and share best practices with the team
• Collaborate with operational managers and other HR teams

Requirements

• At least 4 years of recruitment experience
• Ideally, experience gained within a software company, IT services company, or specialist recruitment firm
• Experience recruiting Tech profiles
• Autonomy, strong organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to act as a partner to managers and build relationships based on trust
• Proficiency with key sourcing tools
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, particularly Teamtailor
• Comfortable managing recruitment activity using performance metrics
• Knowledge of Notion is a plus
• Daily use of generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or equivalent) is a bonus
