IT Project Manager (adult-oriented digital products)

What you will be doing

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering web and mobile development projects for adult‑oriented digital product. You’ll oversee the full product lifecycle — from early ideation to launch — ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

You’ll act as the central point of communication between clients, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams, while navigating the specific challenges of adult‑content platforms such as compliance, privacy, payments, and platform restrictions.

Your responsibilities

• Manage new and existing web and mobile development project for adult‑oriented product
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to launch and post‑release support
• Coordinate and support project team members (UX/UI designers, developers, QA, etc.)
• Manage priorities, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across parallel projects
• Communicate schedules, milestones, and expectations to internal teams and external stakeholders
• Identify risks (technical, compliance, operational) and proactively address them with stakeholders
• Ensure projects align with legal, compliance, and platform requirements relevant to adult content
• Provide clear reporting and documentation on project progress to stakeholders and internal leadership

Who we are looking for

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Junior PM, Scrum Master, Product Owner
• Experience managing web or mobile development projects end‑to‑end
• Comfortable working with adult‑oriented, sensitive, or regulated digital products
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); certification is a plus
• Hands‑on experience with tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar
• High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset
• Ability to balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong English language skills (written and spoken)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Solid business acumen in project planning, risk management, and delivery
