IT Product Specialist / SFA & Commercial Tools

RED Global is currently seeking an IT Product Specialist / SFA & Commercial Tools to join one of their top clients.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Someone experienced in SFA, Salesforce, or similar commercial/field tools
• Own and manage Sales & Field Tools ecosystem (SFA, Salesforce, merchandising, AI tools)
• Keeps systems stable, reliable, and high-quality (RUN)
• Delivers business-focused improvements and new features
• Solid project management skills with the ability to deliver on time and drive value
• Bridges IT and Sales teams (translating needs into solutions)
• Coordinate IT, Sales, and external stakeholders
• Experience or exposure to FMCG/CPG sales processes (merchandising, KPIs, perfect store, etc.)
• (Plus) Knowledge of AI-based retail tools such as shelf recognition or coaching solutions

Details:

• Location: Paris – 2/3 days in the office per week
• Languages: Fluent French and English mandatory
