Role Description

On-board / Off-board employees

• Provide needed accesses / licenses / seats
• Revoke access
• Provide any help during on-boarding (how-to VPN, SmartAdmin etc.)

Manage 3rd party tools

• Google Workspaces / Jira / Confluence / Dashlane / Microsoft
• Responsible for Active Directory configuration & management
• Setting up email redirects
• Provide access to shared inboxes or left employees
• Forgot Microsoft / Dashlane password and/or changed phone request handling
• Help in configuring Confluence / Jira
• VPN-related issues
• Buy software (e.g., license for Charles)
• Contract renewals & negotiations

Hardware management

• Issues with laptop(s)
• Issues with phones & sim cards
• Inventory management
• (New project) Set-up special edge case testing Wi‑Fi(s)

(Possible/new project) Security improvements initiatives

• Introduction of FIDO keys
• Introduction of MDMs
• Phishing campaigns for training purposes
• Other security-related trainings (if competence allows)
• Review tools & 3rd party services configuration for security
• If 2FA is configured
• If integration with Active Directory is made
• If any other (IP restriction) configurations is applicableIf audit logs (whenever possible / makes sense) are enabled
