IT Engineer

We are hiring an IT Engineer With experience in storage, cloud and good knowledge of Infrastructure

Responsibilities

· Responsible for IT design, implementation, acceptance test, technical management and risk control in key projects in all France region, include cloud, storage, server, VDI.

· Be responsible for the E2E delivery of the data center IT integration project, including requirement survey, planning and design, integration implementation, data migration, transfer-to-maintenance, and installed base operation.

· Prepare and provide necessary technical documents for customer, such as Project High Level Design, Project Low Level Design, Test Report, etc.

· Cooperate with sales team to meet with customer for clarifying requirements, making technical discussion and IT solution design, make PoC (Proof of Concepts) tests.

· Troubleshooting for complicated IT problems, solve the customer IT issues with the help of Huawei TAC and R&D team.

· Provide technical training to enterprise customers and/or partners.

Provide internal training the junior IT engineers.

Requirements

· 3 to 5 years IT (domain) engineering experience of Storage/Cloud.

· Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent study with a IT engineering experience.

· Deep knowledge about IT with proven practice experience.

· Good understanding about the enterprise IT structure.

· Experience on configuration, troubleshooting, prefer as Huawei equipment.

· Good understanding about private cloud, public cloud, Virtualization, storage, etc.

· Prefer to have HCIE or equivalent certificate (e.g. AWS, Azure).

French+English speaking is mandatory
