The IT Business Analyst – Aftersales Repairer Experience supports the design, enhancement, and continuous improvement of digital platforms critical for the Aftersales ecosystem with special focus on KPIs and reporting around dealers and repairers data like service retention and Sell Out.

The role focuses on understanding dealer and repairers services, including warranty and service contracts, parts workflows, dealers and repairers data and translating them into actionable IT requirements that improve KPIs measurement, dealer and repairers efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational performance, leveraging AI whenever is possible.

1. Dealer Requirements & Business Analysis

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to dealer and repairer‑facing platforms and tools such as service reception, online booking, DMS integrations, etc.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to dealer and repairer data, KPIs, report and dashboard to construct reliable KPIs contributing to improving customer staisfaction, service retention and sell out measurement.
  • Map dealer and repairers' workflows, pain points, and opportunities for digital improvement using structured analysis techniques.
  • Translate dealer and repairer needs into functional specifications, process flows, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis for dealer and repairer-reported issues and propose data‑backed solutions.

2. Platform Enhancement & Delivery Support

  • Support product backlog definition, refinement, and prioritization based on dealer and repairer impact, business value, and feasibility — aligned with practices seen in dealer product road mapping.
  • Partner with Agile delivery teams (developers, QA, UX, suppliers) to ensure requirements are implemented accurately and on schedule.
  • Participate in UAT to validate functionality and ensure solutions meet dealer expectations.
  • Document and communicate release notes, training needs, and platform changes to dealer and repairer stakeholders.
  • Work closely with data development team to ensure accurate and on time deliverbles to satisfay the needs.

3. System & Data Coordination

  • Support integrations across multiple dealer and repairer systems (parts ordering, service tools, catalogs, warranty systems, sales & aftersales applications).
  • Define requirements related to data quality, dealer and repairer account structures, permissions, pricing logic, catalog updates, or operational workflows.
  • Validate data flows, configurations, and cross-functional dependencies across IT and business teams.
  • Validate data model and data availability and translate them in useful KPI and reporting.
  • Support in identifying and following the proper strategy and implementation for dealer and repairer data collection.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate with Dealer and Repair Operations, Aftersales, Commercial, Parts Sales & Marketing, and IT product teams to ensure alignment of priorities.
  • Serve as a liaison ensuring dealer and repairer pain points, feedback, and operational requirements are captured and transformed into system improvements as well as clear metrics are defined to measure performance and operations.
  • Communicate status, risks, and key decisions to leadership and cross‑functional partners.

5. Continuous Improvement & Dealer Experience Innovation

  • Identify opportunities to improve dealer and repairer efficiency, satisfaction, and performance through digital enhancements.
  • Leverage dealer and repairer usage analytics and performance metrics to recommend improvements.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as new dealer portal capabilities, workflow modernization, and integration of new service or parts applications.
  • Understand how leverage AI and Gen AI to simplify and automatize the measurements of service retention and sell out as key metrix.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, Computer Science, Data/Analytics or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role supporting digital, operational, or dealer repairer‑facing systems, product analysis delivering data/analytics or software solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear requirements (epics/user stories/acceptance criteria) and map processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and strong stakeholder management, facilitation skills; able to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience partnering with technical teams (data engineering, data science, software engineering) using Agile delivery methods.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and/or Gen AI.
