Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible ITAsset Management Specialist to support asset tracking,procurement, and lifecycle management in ahigh-availability data center environment. The idealcandidate will have experience working in a technicaloperations or data center setting and be comfortablemanaging hardware inventory across its full lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow client-specific operational requirements;provide on-site or emergency support includingduring non-standard working hours if needed.
- Ensure all asset management processes comply withlegal, audit, and internal compliance standards(e.g., accurate labeling, registration, lifecycletracking).
- Execute SOPs related to asset receiving, issuance,movement, and disposal; maintain full traceabilitythroughout the asset lifecycle.
- Maintain and operate asset management platforms ordatabases; ensure accuracy and consistency of assetdata (e.g., SN, model, status, ownership).
- Use ticketing systems to process incoming requests;ensure service quality and response time SLAs aremet.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinatedeliveries, repairs, and replacements.
- Support cross-regional collaboration with remote ITteams and manufacturers (Mandarin language skills aplus).
- Conduct regular physical audits and reconciliationsof data center IT equipment to ensure 100% alignmentbetween system records and on-site inventory.
- Monitor anomalies, analyze risks, and submitimprovement proposals proactively.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree or higher in ComputerScience, IT, or a related technical field.
- Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in IT assetmanagement, hardware support, or data centeroperations.
- Familiarity with hardware such as servers,storage units, switches, cables, patchpanels, etc.
- Skills:
- Proficient in asset management tools andsoftware.
- Solid understanding of hardware lifecycle,logistics, and inventory control.
- Ability to replace or troubleshoot commoncomponents such as memory, network cards,hard drives, etc.
- Good knowledge of procurement workflows andrisk prevention best practices.

- Familiarity with Fortinet firewalls or DC-specificnetwork gear is a plus.

Employment Notes
- This is a 12-month fixed-term contract (CDD) aligned with a specific project timeline. Subject to project continuation and individual performance, there is potential for conversion to a permanent contract (CDI).
