On its site located in Paris-Saclay, it brings together its own staff, employees of its partners and those of external companies. The IPVF aims to ambition to become one of the main global centers for research, innovation and training in the field of energy transition .
JOB CONTEXT
The STaFF program aims to transfer large-scale perovskite cells to industry. Supported by the France 2030 plan and the Île-de-France region, this project, carried out in collaboration with our industrial partner Voltec Solar, includes the commissioning of a pilot line, unique in Europe, a veritable springboard to industrialization. This technologically disruptive initiative aims to establish a French perovskite sector, producing 5 GW annually and generating 1200 jobs across the country.
The candidate will be integrated into this program.

MAIN MISSIONS
While respecting the company's QHSE rules:
Carry out thin-film deposition for the production of solar modules, using industrializable vacuum deposition equipment (ALD – Atomic Layer Deposition).
Adjust the deposit parameters according to the batch specifications, in collaboration with the production manager.
Ensure quality control of its production part by applying the defined analysis procedures (profilometry, visual control, spectrometry, etc.).
Maintain production monitoring documents and manage stocks of consumables related to production (substrates, targets, consumables).
Propose optimizations to the manufacturing process and participate in continuous improvement plans.
REQUIRED PROFILE
Training : BUT level diploma or equivalent in Materials Science and Engineering (SGM, SEE) or Professional Chemistry License.
Experience : Knowledge of vacuum deposition techniques, experience in thin film production and work on a pilot line.
Language skills : Understanding of technical English.
