The Photovoltaic Institute of Île‑de‑France is a scientific and technical centre dedicated to the research and development of solar technologies, with an ambition to become one of the main global centres for research, innovation and training in the field of energy transition.

Job Context
The role supports the human resources department and contributes to HR topics such as employee integration, employer branding, intern management, skills management, HRIS management and maintaining a robust legal system, supporting IPVF’s ISO 9001 certification. The intern will also study the feasibility of implementing an applicant tracking system (ATS).

Missions
After an integration period, the HR intern will be assigned two main missions:
- Proposal for improving HR processes:
- Analyse existing HR processes and offer a critical and constructive perspective.
- Develop a process‑improvement action plan, including a feasibility study on implementing an ATS.
- Collaborate with internal quality specialists and conduct external consultations.
- Staff and HRIS management:
- HRIS management and functional improvement.
- Contribution to personnel administration.
- Management of interns: integration and administrative monitoring.
- Reporting: regular or ad‑hoc indicators and contribution to the election of the CSE.
- Skills system maintenance (integration of new workstations, upgrades).
Required Profile
- Social law; organisational skills; rigor and confidentiality.
- Writing skills in French and English.
- Proficiency in Office, particularly Excel.
- Project management skills are a plus.
