The Photovoltaic Institute of Île-de-France, institute for energy transition, is a scientific and technical center dedicated to the research and development of solar technologies . On its site located in Paris‑Saclay, it brings together its own staff, employees of its partners and those of external companies. The IPVF aims to ambition to become one of the main global centers for research, innovation and training in the field of energy transition .
The IPVF aims to primary objective of improving the performance and competitiveness of photovoltaic cells and developing disruptive technologies relying on four levers:
- An ambitious research program
- The reception on its Paris‑Saclay site of more than 200 researchers and their laboratories
- A cutting‑edge technological platform (8 m²) open to players in the photovoltaic sector, and bringing together more than 000 cutting‑edge equipment located in clean rooms.
- A training program mainly based on a master's degree, supervision of doctoral students, and continuing education.
JOB CONTEXT
In the context of building solid processes within the IPVF, the management of human resources and its skills plays an essential role: supporting the different departments in order to offer coherent human and technical solutions.
The future intern will be at the heart of the human resources department's operations and will contribute to numerous HR topics: employee integration and employer branding, intern management, skills management, HRIS management, and maintaining a robust legal system, contributing to IPVF's ISO 9001 certification. They will also study the feasibility of implementing an applicant tracking system (ATS).

MISSIONS
After a period of integration into management and training on the tools, the HR intern will be assigned two main missions:
- Proposal for improving HR processes
- As part of the IPVF's ISO 9001 certification, a detailed description of HR processes is required. The HR intern will be able to offer a critical and constructive perspective on the content of all the institute's HR processes.
- They will propose a process improvement action plan and contribute to its implementation.
- A study on the feasibility of implementing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) will be undertaken.
- They can rely on the advice of internal quality specialists and conduct external consultations.
- Staff management
- HRIS management and functional improvement
- Contribution to personnel administration
- Management of interns: integration, administrative monitoring
- Reporting: regular or ad hoc indicators, contribution to the election of the CSE
- Skills: maintenance of our system (integration of new workstations, upgrades)
REQUIRED PROFILE
Social law, organizational skills, rigor and confidentiality, writing skills in French and English, Office (Excel in particular). Project management skills are a plus.
