In this context, we are looking for a dynamic & rigorous IPM Manager. The position is based in Paris (75008).
The IPM Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end product development and catalogue management projects within the Luxury Division, ensuring successful execution through effective cross-functional project management.
The role oversees both new product launches and catalogue evolution initiatives, including product specification updates.
Acting as the central point of coordination between Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Packaging, Procurement and Demand Planning, the IPM Manager ensures that projects are delivered on time, within cost targets, and aligned with business priorities.
The IPM Manager owns project planning, risk management, and execution throughout the product lifecycle while influencing key decisions related to product definition (formulation, packaging, volumes etc.). Although not the final decision-maker, the IPM Manager plays a critical role in driving alignment, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring successful execution across all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of new product launches and catalogue evolution initiatives.
- Manage new product launch timelines using the 5-Gate launch process.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Act as the primary IPM contact across functions.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
Experience
- 2-3 years in Project Management, Product Development, Supply Chain or Operations.
- Experience in Luxury, Beauty, Cosmetics or FMCG is highly desirable.
- International cross-functional project experience is a plus.
- Strong project management and planning.
- Excellent organization and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of SmartSheet is a plus.
- Understanding of packaging, formulation, industrialization and supply chain.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent English is required.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and resilience.
