Hybrid Luxury IPM Manager — Product Launch Lead

Give Back Beauty, a privately owned global beauty group based in Paris, is seeking a dynamic IPM Manager to lead end-to-end product development and catalogue management in the Luxury Division.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple launches using the 5-Gate process, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within cost targets, and aligned with business priorities across Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Packaging, Procurement and Demand Planning.
