IoT & Hypervision Project Lead — Delivering Smart Buildings

Job Summary:
We are looking for a candidate who is very comfortable in customer relationship management and strict in project management (planning, delivery quality, respecting budget). The ideal candidate would have experience in Hypervision software solution and IOT industry. The experience in a similar role in a startup company will be a plus point.
Your main responsibilities include customer relations, managing project teams during the deployment phase (without direct hierarchical connections), and working closely with sales teams as a solution expert, and potentially managing relationships with subcontractors.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Customer relationstarts from launch of the project till end of the delivery and can expand during all the customer journey
- Responsible for the definition of the scope of work and initate projects according to the customer and stakeholder goals.
- Estimation of the resources needed (humans & materials)
- Allocate and manage resources to the projects
- Proactively monitor customer satisfaction andidentify dissatisfaction risks.
- Being a referent in IOT or/and Hypervision module.
- Produce expected deliverables according toplan and budget.
- Project documents for internal monitoring.
- Definition of project KPIs and performance monitoring.
- Support the team for Sensors and meters configurations.
- As a solution expert in IOT/EMS supporting the sales team.
Skills, Competencies and Qualifications :
- At least 5 years of project manager deployment experience.
- Proficient in French and English (interviews will be conducted in both languages).
- Perfect written and oral communication.
- Organized, rigorous,able to summarize the main issues of the project to the management team.
- Outgoing personality, feeling comfortable in customer relationships.
- Need experience as a customer relationship manager (with third-party clients).
- Requires IOT and/or Energy Management System experience.
- Entrepreneurial experience is an advantage.
