Job description
Investor Relations Analyst – M/F. The Investor Relations Analyst will join URW’s Investor Relations and Financial Communication team at the core of the Group’s dialogue with equity and credit investors. This role combines financial analysis, strategic messaging and direct exposure to capital markets in a highly visible international environment. You will work with senior management to shape the Group’s equity story and credit positioning, engaging with external stakeholders (sell-side analysts, shareholders and investors). This is a high-visibility role requiring disciplined, precise and credible financial communication. You will also contribute to market intelligence, prepare financial communication materials and support investor engagement while ensuring consistency and clarity across all disclosures. Over time, you will take leadership of defined topics and processes and contribute to improving tools, reporting and ways of working.
Key responsibilities
- Financial analysis and market intelligence: Analyze financial performance, operational KPIs and capital structure to support the Group’s equity story; monitor market trends, peer performance and investor feedback; challenge analysts’ models against the Business plan; contribute to consensus tracking, variance analysis and messaging implications; develop and maintain internal analytical tools and benchmarking framework.
- Investor communication and materials: Contribute to the preparation of earnings materials, investor presentations, scripts, Q&A and press releases; translate complex topics into clear messaging; ensure consistency of messaging across disclosures; support roadshows, investor meetings and capital markets events.
- Strategic projects: Conduct ad hoc analyses (portfolio evolution, capital allocation, asset strategy); support execution of markets transactions from a communications perspective; participate in enhancing IR processes, tools and data management.
- Process coordination and execution: Drive efficient execution across reporting cycles and engagement activities; plan roadshows, conferences, investor meetings and site visits; contribute to continuous enhancement of IR processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance from a business school, engineering school or university.
- 2+ years of experience in finance (e.g., Investor Relations, Equity Research, Investment Banking) and/or real estate.
- Solid financial modelling and analytical skills; strong interest in capital markets, real estate and corporate strategy.
- Attention to detail with ability to see the broader picture; strong written and oral communication; ability to synthesize large amounts of information; proficiency in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, collaboration across diverse stakeholders and willingness to challenge narratives.
