We are seeking for an Intune Expert to join our team at a client’s facility in Paris.

Introduction to Intune Architecture

• License requirement
• Integration with Azure AD and other services
• Network requirements and configurations
• Migration from SCCM to Intune
• Autopilot Enrollment and types of Autopilot profiles
• Device registration and provisioning (ESP and Hardware Hash)

Enrollment Methods: Windows and Mobile

• Types of Windows Enrollments
• Enrollment restrictions and multi-factor authentication

Device Management

• Configuration Profiles (Types of Configuration policies)
• Delivery Optimization
• Bitlocker
• Update Rings

Device Management

• Compliance Policies
• Conditional Access policies and troubleshooting

Security and Compliance

• Endpoint Security configurations
• Integration with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
• Security Baselines
• Compliance reporting and monitoring

Application Management: Windows

• Types Windows Application

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

• Resolve advanced technical issues related to device management, application deployment, and security policies.
• Provide escalation support to L1 and L2 engineers and perform in-depth root cause analysis followed by corrective and preventive measures.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including standard operating procedures, configuration guides, and troubleshooting manuals.
• Generate and present detailed compliance and utilization reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
• Strong knowledge of network security, device compliance policies, and endpoint management.
• Proven leadership experience and the ability to manage and lead projects effectively.
• Proficiency in integrating and managing Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
