Role
End User Computing Architect to join our team at a client’s facility in Toulouse, France .
Role Description
Must have at least 10+ years’ Architecture and Product portfolio experience with Designing, Implementing, Preparing, and Configuring Remote Workplace Modernization and Management Technologies.
- SCCM Windows OS Deployment and Management
- SCCM App Publishing
- Integration with App Stores (Google Play, Apple App Store, Microsoft Store for Business)
- Intune and integration between SCCM & Intune
- WAAS
- Knowledge/experience with other Unified Endpoint Management Solutions (UEM, etc.)
- Must have experience in the creation of Technical Use Cases/Personas and how these are combined with the Technical, Functional and Business Requirements to drive the Technical Architectural settings/policies.
- Must have experience with creation of Technical/Project Documentation (Gap Analysis, Implementation Plan, Cost Estimation for Implementation Work, Cost Benefit Analysis/Cost Savings Analysis).
- Must have experience working in a cross functional team, with the ability to lead/drive the scope of work in ambiguous client facing situations and requests.
- Takes over all management and responsibilities for an existing SCCM infrastructure and continues to design, engineer and implement SCCM/MECM infrastructure solutions to support operational or customer facing system
- Create MECM HLD and LLD design including Intune and Co Management existence for roaming clients.
- Planning and implementing required SCCM branch upgrades of existing infrastructure to stay current and supported by Microsoft.
- Provides technical guidance to Client’s' retail business and IT organizations as required.
- Recommend areas where existing policies and procedures require change or where new ones need to be developed.
- Experience designing and delivering Cloud or hybrid based solutions of End point management.
- Customer focused, confident and articulate with lots of experience in stakeholder meetings and presentations
- Happy to lead/steer customer meetings and presentations and be the authority in the room
- Able to work closely with sales and engineering teams around the globe
- Good presentation and documentation skills
- Strong working knowledge with one or more scripting languages – PowerShell, Windows Command Script, Visual Basic Script.
- Windows 10 Upgrade Design and Delivery.
- The candidate must be confident in meeting customers, gathering their requirements and answering their technical questions.
- They must also coordinate with other consultants to cover knowledge gaps and work closely with offshore engineering teams to ensure that designs are properly implemented
Mandatory Skills
- Deep and broad knowledge of SCCM/MECM, Windows 10, Intune and MBAM Solutions
- Experience of managing Windows Client environments and ability to take on complex problem solving tasks.
- Well organized and attentive to details
- Ability to work in a global, multi-cultural, diverse team, open to different ideas and opinions and develop networking
- Ability to work on technical complex environment as well as on taking into account organizational and processes aspects
