Internship Production Engineer (12 months)
Responsibilities
- Support along the entire process line engineering tasks of photon‑counting semiconductor devices: wafer‑ and chip‑level processing, flip‑chip assembly, 3D integration
- Project research in advanced packaging
- Design and iteration of custom tooling for your process, with the scope of increased automation
- Regularly plan and conduct experiments, analyze, document, and communicate findings
Requirements
- Recent graduate or Master’s student in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or similar field, oriented towards semiconductor processing
- Previous practical experience or familiarity with the cleanroom environment is advantageous
- Autonomy and versatility are beneficial skills, as well as motivation to drive tasks to completion
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal, and willingness to join an interdisciplinary team
