Missions : [ENG] You will participate in the evaluation, filtering, execution, and monitoring of private equity transactions, alongside fund development strategy. You will oversee the following missions: Perform sector, strategic and financial analysis of target companies Build financial model and perform scenario analysis on Business Plan Draft of investment memos and take part in the investment committee process Provide support on portfolio companies' follow-up Attend management meetings Participate to fundraising strategy The internship is Toulouse based.
