Job responsibilities

As part of the Travel Retail Europe team, you will support the Retail Manager and Retail Operations Manager to implement retail projects & trade marketing plans in flagship airports on our full Wines & Spirits portfolio.

Apprenticeship starting on September 26.

Your area of activity includes the following tasks :

Support the team in the implementation of the annual marketing plan :

• Assist the internal marketing team with the design of temporary activations in flagship airports.
• Help coordinate with client operational teams, external production partners, and temporary staffing agencies for the implementation of activations.
• Participate in monitoring sales results and collecting performance indicators (KPIs), as well as identifying potential areas for improvement.

Support the team in managing daily retail operations for flagship boutiques :

• Provide support to the marketing team for the implementation of the annual marketing plan and consumer experiences in airport boutiques.
• Take part in the analysis of retail KPIs performance trends.
• Help with the preparation of incentive and training plans for retail staff teams.
• Organize Maison visits for retail staff teams.

Profile

• Currently enrolled in Bachelor or Master program
• Initial experience in Marketing / Retail Operations, ideally in the luxury or wine & spirits sector is appreciated
• Fluent in French and English (written/spoken); any other European language highly appreciated
• A problem‑solvingmindset, you know how to deal with complexity and thrive in a dynamic working environment
• Strong analyticaland communication skills
