Internship - IT Project Manager

What are you going to do?

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated intern to join our Employee platform department. The intern will work on internal and external communication projects, focusing on new technologies and innovative practices.

IT project management (50%) :

• Participate in the implementation of digital projects
• Contribute to AI agent deployment projects on web platforms
• Help identify and anticipate technical challenges in complex web projects
• Drive end-to-end testing activities for digital applications under construction
• Hands-on with digital production and monitoring tools, with strong technical skills

Websites project management (50%) :

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and oversight of ongoing web projects, in collaboration with the key stakeholders
• Support and monitor the seamless implementation of new features, functionalities, and resolution of bugs across the Group’s websites
• Ensure project deliverables are achieved in accordance with timelines, quality standards, and established processes through close collaboration with internal technical teams
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date roadmap documentation to track the progress and milestones effectively
• Collaborate with the Group's business leads and technical providers to deploy the global SEO strategy across all websites within our portfolio

Profile description

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You are currently pursuing a degree from a business/engineering school, university or equivalent
• You are able to commit to the internship for at least 6 months
• You are fluent in English
• You have good knowledge of O365 tools and Office and innovative digital solutions
• An experience in project management of digital and transformation programs is a plus
• You have a basic understanding of how websites work, with an ability to collaborate effectively with developers
• You demonstrate excellent communication skills, and ability to facilitate meetings
• Your team spirit and collaboration enable you to work in a multicultural environment

Location: Marseille

Duration: 6 months
