Joining our Internet Sales division, you’ll be responsible for managing all sales activities generated from our Internet sales division. From generating and managing incoming sales leads to closing business, you’ll be instrumental in helping this division increase overall dealership sales.
As an Internet Sales Specialist you will generate sales appointments from internet leads as well as incoming sales calls, and must have excellent written and verbal communication ability. You will be responsible for customers from start to finish and through their ownership experience just as any floor salesperson would do. We provide full training, and will help you to become a success. We also offer tremendous career path opportunities. Responsibilities
- Manage sales activities (Phone, Email, Appointments) generated from our Internet sales division.
- Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers.
- Conduct business in a variety of traditional and non-traditional methods, such as email, telephone, in-person appointments, and others.
Requirements
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Ability to communicate via email
- Excellent follow-through skills
- Sales experience, preferably in the retail/automotive/real-estate industry
- Solid working knowledge of the Internet
- Understanding of Audi or Infiniti vehicles a bonus
- Must be able to maintaining a positive, can-do attitude to achieve customer goals
