International Technical Sales Service Manager

Our client is a leading industrial player in the specialty chemicals sector. The company designs and produces innovative technical solutions used across multiple industries (advanced materials, water treatment, energy, and more). To support the expansion and structuring of its global commercial activities, the company is seeking an experienced Manager to take responsibility for a key part of its international technical sales service.

Main Responsibilities:

• Organize and lead the structure of an international technical sales service.

• Manage a global support team serving the group’s numerous subsidiaries.

• Oversee and develop a portfolio generating significant international revenues.

• Define commercial strategy and support local teams in its execution.

• Act as a key interface between top management, strategic customers, and local operations.

• Drive performance optimization and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Profile:

• Advanced degree in Chemistry, Process Engineering, or International Business.

• Proven track record in specialty chemicals and international management.

• Strong expertise in managing large-scale revenues.

• Successful experience in leading multicultural and international teams.

• Strategic mindset, recognized leadership, and strong performance orientation.

• Ability to coordinate technical support with a commercial approach.

Position: Permanent contract – Based in France, with regular international travel.
