International Sales Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an International Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and customer expansion across the Benelux region (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) . This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from new business development through deal closure and ongoing account growth, with a focus on telematics, IoT devices, and connectivity solutions. This is a senior individual contributor role with ownership of regional sales performance and close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams globally.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and revenue growth across the Benelux region
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with telematics service providers, fleet operators, distributors, and strategic partners
- Execute a regional sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate with solution engineers, product management, and marketing teams to deliver tailored customer solutions
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnership
- Work closely with global teams, including Shanghai-based engineering and product teams, to align customer requirements with product capabilities
- Provide structured feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning within the Benelux market
- Maintain accurate pipeline and customer data within CRM systems
- Support channel development and partner expansion initiatives where applicable
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within IoT, telematics, or related industries
- Proven experience managing full-cycle B2B sales and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong knowledge of telematics, fleet management, asset tracking, video telematics, or IoT hardware solutions
- Experience working with distributors, channel partners, or service providers
- Ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively across international teams and time zones
- Fluency in English required; Dutch and/or French strongly preferred
- CRM experience preferred
