International Mobility Manager

Job Description
POSITION AND MISSIONS
You join our Talent, Learning and Change team as HR Project Manager; our expertise center of about ten people coordinates and supports skills development, performance management, and careers, supporting employee change and commitment.
On a daily basis, your tasks are to:
- Coordinating the performance management campaign: from communication to analysis
- Implement one of our development programs
- Supporting The Students Challenge by Natixis Investment Managers
- Organize integration sessions
- Supervise two work-study students
On these topics, you work directly with the DRHs, the RRHs of each entity, including abroad, and the HR teams at the headquarters; you collaborate with other teams, depending on the projects.
You manage the animation of the HR sector: monthly committees, convivial moments.
You are actively involved in various HR development projects and strategic reflections on our talent management HR policies.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Profile
- You have 8 years of experience in generalist HR roles (HRBP, RRH), preferably in a major organization, and are proficient in Talent Management subjects.
- You are proficient in Excel, generative AI tools, and know how to use an HRIS.
- You have a good sense of analysis and good writing skills.
- You are organized and can manage several topics and projects in parallel.
- You master English with a C1 level.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, and you are committed to offering options or solutions to your contacts.
- You are curious and sensitive to major HR issues.
