Job Description
You are joining the RFP International team as a Call for Tenders Officer dedicated to the Business Unit Development (BDU) in Western Europe, covering all client segments: Mutuals, Insurers, Pension funds, Social protection groups, Associations and Foundations around short, medium, and long‑term investments in dedicated management or open funds.
By ensuring high‑quality responses, you will play a decisive role in the acquisition of new clients and the strengthening of Natixis Investment Managers International’s commercial presence in its target markets.
You will evolve in a stimulating international context, collaborating with multicultural teams.
The team, composed of 10 people based in London and Paris, takes care of the entire tender cycle—from written documents to oral defenses and site visits—for BDU clients.
On a daily basis, your tasks are to:
1 – Respond to Calls for Tenders
- Decipher investors' key expectations through analysis of specifications.
- Draft tailor‑made responses, in French or English, in coordination with the affiliates of the Natixis Investment Managers Group and with the management, risk, compliance, legal, operations teams.
- Ensure consistency of responses and the quality of numerical data (performance, pipeline, ratios).
2 – Prepare Oral and Site Visits
- Build presentation/argument materials for oral defenses.
- Coordinate preparations with sales representatives and management teams ahead of oral exams.
3 – Manage the Knowledge Base & Continuous Improvement
- Populate and structure the response database for internal use.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of responses.
- Keep key information on management companies, funds and investment processes up to date.
4 – Ensure Commercial Monitoring
- Monitor trends in institutional tenders and changes in consultants' requirements (ESG, reporting, regulations).
- Monitor public procurement platforms.

Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Tendering / RFP functions in asset management.
Knowledge:
- Financial markets and asset management products (equities, bonds and multi‑asset strategies, etc.).
- The world of institutional investors and their requirements.
- The tender management process.
Skills:
- Project management and multidisciplinary team coordination.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to listen.
- Rigor and organization in managing several files simultaneously, especially under tight deadlines.
- Responsiveness and proactivity to anticipate needs and propose solutions.
- Excellent team spirit and ease in coordinating various interlocutors (internal and external).
You master English at C1 level.
