Your role

  • You’ll be an Account Executive fully dedicated to the international segment (mostly in EMEA, with the UK & Germany as the main markets). That said, you may work on French accounts when needed.

  • You will focus on acquiring Mid-Market & enterprise companies (2000+ employees), selling our full platform.

  • Full sales cycle : due to the team’s structure, you will be responsible for prospecting and closing new clients.

  • You’ll work in collaboration with Virgile (CEO), Chloé (Sales Manager), and the whole sales team (1 account manager, 4 other Account Executives) .

  • Team : liaise with the CSM team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for our clients.

  • Product roadmap : you’ll leverage clients’ feedback to suggest new product features. You’ll identify customer needs and work closely with the product team to add them to our roadmap.

  1. On-market salary . We target the market’s 50th percentile using data from the best benchmark on the market. Here’s the description of our levels.

Intermediate level: base salary from €40,000 to €48,000 - On Target Earnings from €67,000 to €82,000

Senior level: base salary from €51,000 to €65,000 - On Target Earnings from €85,000 to €108,000

There is a 60/40 split between base salary and individual bonus. The bonus part is uncapped.

  1. Above-market equity . We allocate 14% of our company towards employee grants, which is considerably above market practices (the average equity pool size is a bit less than 10%).

0.16% to 0.26% ownership of the company, depending on your seniority level.

  1. Company incentive program (profit sharing plan).

We believe in a collective sharing of Figures’ success. The purpose of this bonus is to associate employees collectively with the results and/or performance of the company.

The bonus potential is €3,000.

  • Maternity & parental leave : our basis is the French market minimum, but if you’re in a country with better ones, we’ll align your perks on it, hoping that someday we’ll all be aligned to German standards. On top of that:

  • 1-month parental leave for the second parent paid at 100% of the salary.

  • 1-month worked part-time (50%) but paid at 100% when returning from maternity leave

Intermediate to Senior: 5+ years of sales experience in Inbound & Outbound B2B SaaS Sales (100% autonomous at executing Sales). At least three successful year (100%+ quota attainment) as an Account Executive Mid-Market / Enterprise. Successful experience selling in English. Startup experience: from Seed to Series B - Self-starter/desire to deal with an unstructured environment (with a lot to build); used to a fast-moving and fast-changing environment. Familiar with and curious about AI enabled sales processes. Excellent communication and fluency in French AND English (C1 or C2 level). Alignment with our values: you have a strong sense of ownership, you are pragmatic & you are at ease to give and receive feedback (while not taking yourself too seriously!). You are based in Annecy or willing to relocate.
