Trade Marketing Assistant – Europe (Coty Prestige)

6‑month internship starting July 2026. Intern will be based at Coty headquarters in Paris (14, rue du 4 Septembre, 75002).

Responsibilities

As a Trade Marketing Europe Intern, your main focus will be to support the European regional strategy coordination, portfolio management and performance tracking for the Coty Prestige Division. The team drives the regional portfolio strategy and planning, aligning market needs with global priorities, optimizing product launches and ensuring effective strategic planning and best‑practice sharing across markets.

• Consolidate and track local launch OCDs, marketing calendars and support plans for the European region on the Coty Prestige portfolio.
• Support the consolidation of the European Coty portfolio marketing plan & guidelines.
• Facilitate the preparation of key meeting presentations, including business reviews and commercial & market presentations.
• Support the Niche Fragrance growth strategy.
• Support the Innovation & Valuation report tracking.
• Run various analyses (performance, distribution, stock).
• Consolidate Europe post‑launch recap presentations for top priority launches in the region.

You are a Coty fit

We are looking for a Master’s student with prior 6‑month internship in marketing, sales or consulting, strong business acumen, proficiency with advanced Excel & PowerPoint, fluency in English, keen to work in a fast‑paced environment and able to lead projects independently and attentively to detail. Passion for the beauty industry is essential.
