The Team

Global Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) is the largest transaction advisory practice outside the Big 4 audit firms, with over 800 professionals in 35 offices worldwide. We are expanding and looking for experienced and ambitious interns to join our Transactions Advisory team in Paris for six months. This role focuses on serving the Swiss and French markets.

How You Will Contribute

• Assist on financial due diligence buy‑side and sell‑side assignments.
• Support preparing proposals for Financial Due Diligence and Financial Vendor Assistance projects.
• Other M&A related research tasks, e.g., managing intelligence on forthcoming deals and targeting private equity.

Qualifications

• Fluent business level in German, French and English is essential.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interest in Accounting, Finance and M&A deal cycle.
• Strong interest in a career within Transactions Advisory.
• Knowledge of Alteryx is a plus.
