Product Sales Specialist – Pay Later
Job Summary
Sell Pay Later to targeted enterprise prospects and existing merchants to meet transaction margin targets. Build pipeline with Account Executives and Enterprise Sales for BNPL and Credit opportunities.
Essential Responsibilities
- Lead functional projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business trends.
- Identify issues and recommend best practices to improve processes.
- Partner with various teams to analyze and understand business trends.
- Contribute to business or process improvements within the function.
- Develop strategies to enhance product sales and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell Pay Later to targeted enterprise prospects and existing merchants to meet transaction margin targets.
- Build pipeline with Account Executives and Enterprise Sales for BNPL and Credit opportunities.
- Partner with Global Consumer Credit and Global Pay Later on positioning and go to market plans.
- Maintain current knowledge of French consumer credit and BNPL regulations and the competitive landscape.
- Manage multiple projects and support merchant testing at launch to meet regulatory and best practice standards.
Required Experience
- Proven direct sales success with consumer credit or BNPL across mid market, large, and enterprise accounts.
- Strong C suite presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to land balanced commercial terms.
- Consultative selling in a matrix environment with effective cross functional influence.
- Ownership of pipeline, organized execution, and attention to detail within a defined sales process.
- Experience of working in France and fluency in English and French required.
