Interim Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

We’re supporting a fast‑growing, private‑equity‑backed SaaS business that is looking to hire an Interim FP&A Manager. This is a key role for the company as it continues to scale, and they need someone who is comfortable being very hands‑on while also building the FP&A function for the future.

The Role

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure and putting new processes in place. You will work closely with the CFO and wider leadership team, helping the business understand its numbers and make better decisions as it grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles
• Build financial models to support decision‑making (ARR/MRR, headcount, scenarios, customer metrics)
• Develop new processes, reporting tools and dashboards
• Provide clear financial insight to senior leadership and the PE investors
• Support board reporting and monthly performance packs
• Work with teams across Sales, Product and Operations to understand performance drivers

About You

• Experience in FP&A within a SaaS or subscription‑based business
• Strong Excel and modelling skills (able to build from scratch)
• Able to introduce new processes, improve reporting and create clarity
• Confident communicator who can work well with senior stakeholders
