Insurance Compliance Strategist

Alan is seeking an Insurance Compliance Counsel to translate regulatory obligations into practical processes across its products and operations. You will shape compliance posture, coordinate with regulators, and guide teams on IDD, AML/CFT, product governance, and complaint handling.

You will lead audits, manage risk mapping, and ensure ongoing audit readiness across France, Belgium, and Spain, while building training programs and tools to empower Sales, Care, and Operations.
