Insurance Compliance Lead: Regulatory Strategy & Risk

Alan seeks an Insurance Compliance Counsel to translate regulatory obligations (IDD, duty of advice, AML/CFT, product governance) into Alan's processes, tools, and products. You will own the compliance posture across France, Belgium, and Spain, proactively managing exposure and interfacing with regulators.

You will lead compliance projects, design training, support audits, and drive remediation plans, ensuring robust documentation and risk mapping across groups and markets.
