Overview

Peak Scientific is seeking a high-achieving Service Sales Specialist to contribute significantly to our fast-paced gas generator technology business, which has experienced substantial growth. The primary focus will be to drive contract sales growth and profitability within our Service Sales division located in Palaiseau, Paris.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing customers to propose the most relevant Peak Service Contract to meet their needs.
• Manage generator install base and sales leads information.
• Proactively pursue new customer leads and sell Peak Scientific service products to end users and OEMs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and foster customer loyalty.
• Utilize CRM systems to capture opportunities, leads, customer information, and prepare quotations and orders.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders both locally and at HQ in the UK.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, experienced in a busy sales environment, preferably in End User and/or B2B sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets. Strong organizational skills, customer focus, and relationship-building abilities are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with CRM systems are advantageous.
