The Impact You'll Make

As an Inside Sales Technical Support you will play a key role in ensuring customers get the most out of Danfoss heating and cooling solutions. By providing expert technical support and resolving after-sales queries, you will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. You will become a trusted point of contact for selected products, helping customers navigate technical challenges while supporting energy-efficient solutions across France. Your work will help ensure our technologies perform reliably in real-world applications.

Based in Voisins-le-Bretonneux (France) , you will collaborate with a diverse, international team and, after an initial onboarding period, benefit from a hybrid way of working aligned with local agreements.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email to deliver timely, accurate technical support.
• Act as a product reference for selected heating and cooling solutions to guide customer decisions.
• Resolve and track customer issues in CRM systems to ensure smooth after-sales support.
• Collaborate with sales engineers and product specialists to solve complex technical challenges.
• Continuously build product expertise to stay current with solutions and market developments.

What We're Looking For

• Background or experience in hydraulic heating and/or cooling systems.
• Understanding of heating control principles.
• Comfortable using digital tools (CRMs, Microsoft Office).
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and manage priorities effectively.
• Working proficiency in English and French.
