Inside Sales Manager (H/F)

Job Description
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be the main operational contact for sales support, CRM management and customer coordination across France, Luxembourg and Switzerland.
This is a hands‑on role requiring autonomy and ownership in a startup environment. You will support the sales team across the full commercial cycle, ensure data reliability in tools, and contribute to smooth customer onboarding and follow‑up.
You will work closely with sales, operations, finance and technical teams, acting as a central coordination point for commercial activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and administer the CRM system (HubSpot)
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and proper pipeline tracking
- Support sales reporting and pipeline analysis
- Maintain and update pricing lists and commercial documentation
- Support the sales team in day‑to‑day commercial activities
- Coordinate preparation of proposals, contracts and commercial documents
- Track deal progress and follow up on internal actions
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of commercial activities
Customer Success & Coordination
- Coordinate onboarding of new customers with technical and delivery teams
- Monitor licenses, trials and customer usage
- Act as a point of contact for customers for operational and administrative topics
- Support customer lifecycle follow‑up and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate procurement of hardware, infrastructure and operational needs
- Manage inventory related to customer deliveries and internal use
- Coordinate shipments, logistics and related documentation
- Act as point of contact for shipment tracking and issue resolution
Administration & Contracts
- Coordinate preparation, review and signature of contracts and agreements
- Maintain and track NDA and contractual documentation
- Support compliance with internal processes and documentation standards
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, customer success or similar role
- Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot or equivalent)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple topics and work cross‑functionally
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Comfortable with digital tools, spreadsheets and collaborative platforms
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience in a startup, SME or international environment is a plus
- Interest in technology or cybersecurity is a plus
