We are looking for an Ingénieur.e Systèmes & Réseaux IT who will be the backbone of our IT infrastructure and services worldwide. Your mission is to ensure operational excellence for all colleagues, whether in the office or remote. This is a permanent CDI to start immediately, based in Paris, with an initial on‑site presence followed by a hybrid model.
Salary: 40‑41 k € per year.

Administration systèmes & infrastructure (60 %)
- Manage the IT fleet and infrastructure: configure, administer, and monitor to ensure security, availability, and reliability. Pilot and secure mainly macOS devices via MDM (Kandji/Jamf): configuration profiles, software deployment, update policies.
- Lifecycle management of hardware: procure, configure, deploy, and retire equipment. Maintain a precise asset inventory for hardware, licenses, and IoT devices.
- Compliance & vulnerability management: monitor endpoints and vulnerabilities via our EDR (SentinelOne). Identify and remediate security risks with the Security team. Keep patch cycles up to date and generate compliance reports for audits.
- Security & IAM policies: implement SSO integrations with SaaS platforms via Okta (or equivalent). Manage role‑based access control (RBAC) and provisioning/deprovisioning of cloud services. Work with Security to enforce IT security policies.
- Projects & documentation: lead or contribute to infrastructure projects to scale operations. Write and maintain runbooks, technical reports, processes, and propose improvements (tool upgrades, standard‑isation initiatives).
Support IT & opérations (40 %)
- Technical support (N1/N2/N3): act as primary Help Desk contact for all hardware, software, network, and system requests and incidents. Resolve complex level‑3 incidents independently and with vendors or engineering teams. Track SLAs and analyse data to provide lasting fixes. Ensure ticket quality (categorisation, performance reporting).
- Onboarding and user experience: manage the complete technical onboarding cycle (machine provisioning, account creation, access) and off‑boarding (revoking access, equipment recovery, compliant archiving). Provide multi‑region support and lead IT kickoff sessions, creating user guides and FAQs.
- Workspace and SaaS administration: administer the tool stack (Google Workspace, Slack, M365, Jira/Confluence): user, group, and integration management.
- Office IT & equipment: configure and maintain audiovisual equipment for meeting rooms (cameras, Zoom Rooms, USB/HDMI hubs). Manage inventory and loan of peripherals (screens, keyboards, headsets) for on‑site and remote setups. Maintain printers and Wi‑Fi access points.
Profil
- At least 3 years of experience in IT operations or support, preferably in a startup or scale‑up.
- Proven experience managing multi‑site and international environments (offices and remote).
- Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with People, Finance, Sales, and Operations.
- MacOS & MDM expertise: mastery of the Apple ecosystem and MDM tools (Kandji/Jamf) – profiles, policies, scripting.
- Scripting mandatory: shell and/or Python for automation of administration and fleet management.
- Cloud & IAM tools: routine administration of Google Workspace, management of SaaS tools, and IAM/SSO platforms (Okta or equivalent).
- Networking & security: solid fundamentals, good security practices, and vulnerability workflow (EDR SentinelOne preferred).
- Analytical mindset and rigor for troubleshooting complex problems.
- Strong service orientation, autonomy, attention to detail, and proactive communication.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Fluent in French (mandatory); technical English proficiency required (international context, multi‑country teams).
