Deepki – IT Systems & Network Engineer (H/F)

Deepki, founded in 2014, offers a SaaS solution for real‑estate sustainability. We seek an engineer to ensure operational excellence for our teams in office and remote locations.

Responsibilities

• Administration Systems & Infrastructure (60%)
  • Configure, administer and monitor IT infrastructure to guarantee security, availability and reliability.
  • Pilot and secure the macOS fleet via MDM (Kandji/Jamf): configure profiles, deploy software and enforce update policies.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of equipment (procurement, configuration, deployment, decommissioning) and maintain an accurate asset inventory (hardware, licences, IoT devices).
  • Monitor endpoints and vulnerabilities through the EDR (SentinelOne), identify and resolve security risks in collaboration with the Security team.
  • Ensure patch compliance for operating systems and software and generate audit‑ready compliance reports.
  • Implement SSO integrations with SaaS platforms via Okta (or equivalent) and manage role‑based access control (RBAC) and cloud service provisioning/deprovisioning.
  • Work with the Security team to enforce IT security policies and contribute to infrastructure scaling projects.
  • Document and keep runbooks, technical reports, processes up‑to‑date and propose improvements (tool upgrades, standardisation initiatives).
• Support IT & Operations (40%)
  • Provide N1/N2/N3 technical support as the primary Help Desk contact for hardware, software, network and system incidents.
  • Resolve complex level 3 incidents independently or with vendors and engineering teams.
  • Track SLAs (response/resolution) and analyse data for sustainable improvements.
  • Maintain ticketing quality: categorisation, performance reporting.
  • Handle full technical onboarding (machine provisioning, account creation, access) and offboarding (revocation, asset recovery, compliant archiving).
  • Support multi‑region use (multiple countries and time zones) and conduct IT onboarding sessions, create FAQs for users.
  • Administer stack of tools (Google Workspace, Slack, M365, Jira/Confluence), including user, group and integration management.
  • Configure and maintain AV equipment for meeting rooms (cameras, Zoom Rooms, USB/HDMI hubs).
  • Manage peripheral stock (screens, keyboards, headsets) for on‑site and remote use; ensure printers and Wi‑Fi hotspots availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Operations or Support.
• Proven experience managing multi‑site, international environments (off‑site and remote).
• Hands‑on expertise with the Apple ecosystem and MDM tools (Kandji/Jamf), including policies and scripting.
• Strong scripting skills in Shell and/or Python for automation and fleet management.
• Routine administration of Google Workspace, SaaS tools and IAM/SSO platforms.
• Solid fundamentals in networks and security (SentinelOne).
• Analytical mindset, customer‑focused, autonomous and highly organised.
• Technical proficiency in English.

Contract & Compensation

Type of contract: CDI. Location: Paris – Presentiel (hybrid thereafter). Working Hours: 38 h/week – daytime shift.
