Le candidat retenu participera à la définition et à la coordination des activités en amont de la phase 3 du projet DEODE. L'objectif de ces activités est d'identifier et d'organiser les États membres qui souhaitent participer à cette future de DEODE, et de les regrouper autour de thèmes communs.Les tâches à réaliser sont :L'identification et la planification des étapes appropriées pour la transition de la phase II à la phase III.L'organisation des diverses réunions et la préparation d'un atelier pour faire avancer la préparation de la phase III.La proposition des priorités et d'une feuille de route pour la phase III, en accord avec les discussions entre le CEPMMT et la Commission européenne.L'examen et la révision des estimations des prix et des ressources humaines des phases I et II afin de s'assurer qu'elles reflètent fidèlement le travail effectué et les ajustements nécessaires aux prix, de manière à ce que les tâches administratives liées aux prix de la phase III correspondent mieux aux efforts réels à déployer.La préparation et la soumission d'un rapport intermédiaire de haut niveau (axé sur la préparation de la phase III) dans les six (6) mois suivant l'entrée en vigueur de la modification.La préparation et la soumission d'un rapport final (axé sur la préparation de la phase III) à l'issue de la tâche.La participation à des réunions de coordination régulières (en ligne et en personne, selon les besoins) avec le CEPMMT afin d'assurer l'alignement et le suivi des progrès.Si la proposition est acceptée par le CEPMMT, un poste d'assistant du chef de projet sera ouvert pour la durée de la phase 3.English version : The successful candidate will support the pre-DEODE phase 3 definition and coordination activities. These activities shall aim at identifying and organizing member states participating or aiming to participate in a future phase of deode 3 around common themes.The work entails:Identifying and planning appropriate steps for the transition from Phase II to Phase III.Holding various online meetings and preparing a workshop to advance the preparation of phase III.Proposing priorities and path for Phase III in alignment with discussions between ECMWF and the European Commission.Reviewing and revising the pricing and effort estimations from Phase I and Phase II to ensure they accurately reflect the work performed and the required adjustments to pricing so that administrative tasks of Phase III pricings are better aligned with real efforts to be deployed.Preparing and submitting a high-level interim report (focused on the preparation of Phase III) within six (6) months of the amendment's entry into force.Preparing and submitting a final report (focused on the preparation of Phase III) upon completion of the task.Engaging in regular coordination meetings (both online and in person, as required) with ECMWF to ensure alignment and progress tracking.Should the proposal be accepted by ECMWF, a position for an assistant to the project manager will be opened for the duration of the phase 3.
