Process Engineer – Ref. JOB-1416
Summary

Join ALDEBARAN Group as a Process Engineer and take part in large‑scale international EPC projects from Paris.
Your Missions
- Perform sizing calculations for lines, equipment (pumps, exchangers, separators, etc.) and instruments (control valves, safety valves, etc.).
- Run process simulations using HYSYS.
- Write design bases, process descriptions, material/energy balances, and utility balances.
- Produce and update PFDs and P&IDs in coordination with draftsmen.
- Prepare process data for technical datasheets of equipment and instruments.
- Develop fluid, line, equipment and instrument lists.
- Write safety logic diagrams.
- Participate in technical interfaces with other disciplines.
- Contribute to communication and documentation in English.
Your Experience
- At least 5 years of confirmed experience in process safety engineering within the oil, gas or energy industry.
- Strong understanding of P&IDs: piping, equipment, instruments, control and safety loops.
- Proficiency with simulation tools.
- Knowledge of fire and gas detection systems and fire protection.
- Mastery of international safety codes and standards.
Your Profile
- Engineering degree or Master’s in Process Engineering.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to multicultural project teams.
- Proficient with standard office software tools.
